1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout the document:

• "Know Your Customer (KYC)" refers to the identity and address verification process required to confirm a Player's eligibility before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1333b website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the 1333b platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

3 Eligibility

The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, voluntary or mandatory, with 1333b or any other gaming operator.
• Own Capacity: You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when placing bets or accessing the platform.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 1333b, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. 1333b shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. 1333b will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been performed by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 1333b support team immediately at [email protected]. 1333b will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account.

4.3 KYC Verification

1333b reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or releasing bonus funds. Acceptable documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delays to withdrawal processing.

5 Deposits & Payments

1333b accepts deposits exclusively from Players who have registered accounts in their own name. All deposits must be made via the accepted payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, subject to availability.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction, subject to any method-specific minimums displayed at checkout.
• Currency: All transactions on 1333b are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate and any associated fees.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. 1333b is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.
• Own Payment Methods Only: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• No Deposit Fees: 1333b does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 1333b bears no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification requirements. 1333b aims to process all withdrawal requests from verified accounts within minutes during standard operating hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the Player's account dashboard.
• Verification Requirement: 1333b reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays.
• Wagering Compliance: Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request being approved.
• Right to Withhold: 1333b reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation in cases where fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month, applied to any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated through login and a transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

1333b offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi market. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion and the general bonus conditions set out below.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus credits must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion details. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.
• 1333b reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus has already been accepted and wagering has commenced, 1333b will honour the bonus to the extent of funds already wagered.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement structure.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise indicated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Only real money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement completion. 8 Game Rules & Fairness

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1333b platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of 1333b or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1333b platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of 1333b. Any unauthorised use of 1333b's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access and may give rise to legal proceedings.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1333b, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 1333b platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, including maintenance windows or technical failures.
• Any loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game results or odds resulting from data feed errors originating from third-party providers.
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or communications published on the platform that contain typographical or other errors.

1333b's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

1333b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in Section 6.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of unused bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1333b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1333b will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice of significant changes via the email address registered to your account or via an on-platform notification.
